During his state visit to Windhoek, the Prime Minister of India was conferred with Namibia’s highest civilian honour — the Order of the Most Ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis. He is the first Indian leader to receive this prestigious award, marking a new chapter in India–Namibia diplomatic ties.
